Homemade Banana Sweet with 4 Ingredients

Ingredients (Makes 8-10 pieces)

Overripe bananas, mashed 3
Granulated sugar (or coconut sugar) 1 cup (200 g)
Coconut milk (or whole milk) ½ cup (120 ml)
Butter or ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mash the Bananas
    • Peel and mash the overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few small lumps for texture.
  2. Cook the Mixture
    • In a non-stick pan, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir well.
    • Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
    • Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Add the Butter
    • Stir in the butter or ghee and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
    • Remove from heat.
