This super simple casserole features tender chicken breasts baked in a creamy, flavorful sauce made with just condensed soup and sour cream.

3-Ingredient Amish Creamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.

Step 3: Assemble Casserole
Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is fully covered.

Step 4: Bake Covered
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes, until the chicken is almost fully cooked.

Step 5: Finish Baking Uncovered
Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes so the sauce on top gets lightly browned. Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Step 6: Serve
Serve hot, spooning the rich, creamy sauce over the chicken.
