This comforting Chicken Pot Pie Noodle Skillet is a cozy twist on the classic pot pie. Tender noodles, savory vegetables, and a creamy sauce come together in a single pan for a hearty meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
- Egg noodles – 10 oz
- Unsalted butter – 2 tbsp
- Sweet onion, diced – 1
- Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
- Italian seasoning – 2 tsp
- Frozen peas and carrots, thawed – 1 ½ cups
- All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
- Chicken broth – 1 cup
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Cooked chicken breast, cubed – 1 ½ cups
- Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the noodles
Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
