👩🍳 How to Make Homemade Crunch Bars
Step 1: Prep Pan and Cereal
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish (or similar) with parchment paper.
Place 3 cups of crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Melt Chocolate Mixture
In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
Heat until melted, then whisk until smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Combine and Chill
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until every piece is coated.
Transfer to the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm—at least 1 hour.
Step 4: Cut and Serve
Lift the chilled mixture from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
