Decadent Garlic Cream Pasta

| Ground black pepper | ¼ tsp |

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to the package directions.
- Drain, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
2. Sauté the Garlic
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
- Add garlic and sauté for 3–4 minutes until golden and fragrant.
3. Add the Cream
- Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
4. Mix in Cheese and Seasoning
- Stir in grated Parmesan until fully melted.
- Season with black pepper and salt.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
5. Combine Pasta and Sauce
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
6. Serve
- Plate immediately and garnish with fresh herbs or red pepper flakes, if desired.
