How to Make Sausage Muffins with Bisquick:

  1. Prep Oven & Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 12 cups of a standard muffin pan.
  2. Cook Sausage: In a skillet on the stovetop, brown the 1 pound of ground breakfast sausage. Drain any excess fat and set the cooked sausage aside to cool slightly.
  3. Make the Batter: In a large bowl, combine the 4 large eggs, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of Bisquick Baking Mix. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Fill & Bake: Stir the precooked sausage into the batter. Fill each of the greased muffin cups about ¾ of the way to the top with the mixture. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
