Chicken Wraps with Garlic and Cheese

These hearty wraps are made with diced chicken seasoned with garlic and paprika, cooked until perfectly golden, then layered in tortillas with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and a creamy garlic sauce.

Instructions

Step 1 — Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Step 2 — Cook the Chicken:
Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked through. Set aside.

Step 3 — Build the Wraps:
Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla, then top with cooked chicken. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the filling.

Step 4 — Toast the Wraps:
Fold each tortilla into a wrap. Place them back into the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the cheese melts and the tortillas turn crispy and golden.

Step 5 — Serve:
Slice, top with parsley if desired, and enjoy while warm.
