This easy yet flavorful chicken dish is incredibly simple to make, requiring minimal prep. Tender boneless chicken breasts are baked in a creamy, savory sauce made from condensed soup, sour cream, and dry onion soup mix.
4-Ingredient Creamy Chicken Bake
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat and Prep:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish.
Step 2: Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and dry onion soup mix until smooth and well blended.
Step 3: Pour and Cover:
Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
