Black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (15 oz)
Corn kernels, drained 1 can (15 oz)
Shredded cheese 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes ½ cup

How To Make Lazy Mini Tacos:

  1. Preparing the Taco Shells: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the mini tortilla cups on the baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tortilla cups with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and ground cumin. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the shells are crisp and golden brown.
