Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground sausage (breakfast, Italian, etc.) 1 pound
Shredded cheese of choice 1 cup
Cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
Refrigerated crescent rolls 2 cans
Pepper To taste

How To Make Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents:

  1. Step 1: Prep & Cook Sausage: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the ground sausage in a skillet until it is completely browned. Drain any excess fat and allow the sausage to cool slightly.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled ground sausage with the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper. Stir until everything is completely combined.
  3. Step 3: Roll & Fill: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise. Spoon a small ball of the sausage mixture onto the widest end of each piece of dough.
  4. Step 4: Form & Bake: Starting at the widest end, roll the crescent roll dough over the sausage filling, forming a mini stuffed crescent roll. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
