This comforting Chicken Pot Pie Noodle Skillet is a cozy twist on the classic pot pie. Tender noodles, savory vegetables, and a creamy sauce come together in a single pan for a hearty meal that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles – 10 oz
  • Unsalted butter – 2 tbsp
  • Sweet onion, diced – 1
  • Garlic, minced – 3 cloves
  • Italian seasoning – 2 tsp
  • Frozen peas and carrots, thawed – 1 ½ cups
  • All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken broth – 1 cup
  • Heavy cream – 1 cup
  • Cooked chicken breast, cubed – 1 ½ cups
  • Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the noodles
Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
