How To Make Pizza Spaghetti Casserole:

  1. Step 1: Prep & Cook Spaghetti: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Cook Ground Meat: Cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, oregano, and garlic powder. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Step 3: Make Egg Mixture & Coat Spaghetti: Whisk together the milk, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Toss this mixture thoroughly with the cooked spaghetti.
  4. Step 4: Assemble Casserole: Spread the coated spaghetti in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Layer the cooked ground meat, pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and any optional pizza toppings. Sprinkle with the shredded Italian cheese blend and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Step 5: Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
